Where do products ship from?

We prioritize shipping your product from warehouses close to you and in your country. In some cases they may be shipped from other countries including China, United States, Australia, France, Germany or Spain.

How long will delivery take?

If the product is sent within the country it will take as little as 4 days. If it is coming from outside your country it may take up to 21 days, with the average delivery time from Cool Is Gadgets is 8 days.

Can I cancel ordering?

Yes you certainly can cancel your order within 24 hours. Once the item has started the delivery process we must wait for the product to be delivered and then you can initiate a return within 30 days.

Can I return an item because I changed my mind?

Yes you can return an item if you change your mind. There will be a restocking fee taken out of your refund. This amount will vary based on item and location.

What if the item is damaged, defective or wrong?

You can get a free replacement item if you get an item not matching the sales description or if it is damaged during shipping. Contact us through the contact form to inquire about it. Contact form
