Order Tracking
Use your order confirmation email and tracking updates to follow delivery progress. The shipping estimate for your specific order will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Contact support if tracking has not updated or that estimate has passed.
Tracking availability
Tracking is usually added after your order is processed and handed to the carrier. Some tracking numbers take time to activate after they are created.
No tracking update yet
If your order is still in the processing window, tracking may not exist yet. If tracking exists but has not updated, it may be waiting for carrier scan, export processing, customs, or local delivery handoff.
Delayed orders
If an order cannot be shipped within the stated timeframe, or within any mandatory legal default timeframe where applicable, we will provide a revised estimate and explain your cancellation/refund options.
